Booking policy

1. 1To book an appointment, you'll have to pay a 50% deposit online to confirm your booking.
2. 2No plus-1s — and if you must, no more than one.
3. 3No toddlers, please. I work with sharp objects and can't control your toddlers while working.
4. 4No lateness, please. Once you're more than 15 minutes late, your booking fee is gone. If you're on time, it'll be refunded.
5. 5You're absolutely allowed to sleep, take a nap, ask for blankets or even ask for music — anything to make you comfortable.
6. 6If you have sensitive eyes, kindly state it upfront.
7. 7You must book at least 24 hours beforehand.
8. 8To move your appointment, you must inform us at least 24 hours before. If not, your booking fee is gone.
9. 9Note that your appointment will take at least 1h 30m.
10. 10You're allowed to say you don't want the camera on you. But we'd be glad if you allowed us.
