What we collect
When you use our booking form, we ask for your name and WhatsApp phone number so we can confirm your appointment. To secure your slot, we also collect a 50% deposit, which is processed securely by our payment partner, Paystack. We never see or store your card details — only the payment amount and a reference number are kept on our side.
How we use it
Your booking details, deposit status, and payment reference are stored securely so we can confirm and manage your appointment. After you pay, we finish confirming your booking with you directly over WhatsApp. Your booking details are saved securely in our booking database and sent to us on WhatsApp so we can confirm and schedule your appointment. We don’t share them with anyone else.
Cookies & tracking
When you first visit, a banner asks whether you’re happy for us to collect anonymous analytics. If you accept, we use Vercel Analytics and record simple, anonymous usage events (like when a booking button is clicked) to understand how the site is used. If you decline, no analytics data is collected at all. Your choice is stored in your browser, and you can change it by clearing this site’s data.
